Welcome to the AM-HEAL e-learning platform.
AM-HEAL is a 5 ECTS micro-credential at Master’s level (NFQ Level 9) dedicated to Additive Manufacturing for personalised rehabilitation and war-injury recovery.
This short professional course teaches engineers and clinicians how to design, manufacture, and verify patient-specific rehabilitation devices using 3D printing within a regulated clinical workflow.
The programme is uniquely built for a mixed cohort: engineers will gain clinical context, while clinicians will gain manufacturing literacy.
Across five interactive modules, learners will collaborate to deliver safe, traceable devices that meet strict clinical expectations and standards.
The course is delivered through a blended mix of self-paced asynchronous theory, guided virtual exercises, live webinars, and in-person practical workshops.
